The Challenge

We recently had the pleasure of working with London’s award-winning hair and beauty salon, Gielly Green, to deliver the visual content for their digital signage screens installed inside their salon by AV integrators, Knowledge.

Gielly Green House, the salon’s flagship spot in Marylebone, received three newly installed Samsung screens, one located on each of the building’s three floors.

The salon was looking for a way of showcasing their services and increase brand awareness and so approached our team to develop a digital strategy and put the creatives together.

Our Approach

To create a dynamic mix of content, we split the playlist into various categories, including brand, products, artists, services, before and after transformations and offers.

Using a dynamic playback of content with the Evexi CMS Platform, different messages appear for longer periods of time than others. This helps to keep the visuals feeling fresher for longer.

The Detail

The first of the displays is located on the middle entrance floor, greeting customers and creating a sense of brand awareness.

The second screen is located on the ground floor, and positioned next to the bar - the perfect location for communicating key information to customers in an area with longer dwell times.

The third and final screen is located on the top floor where additional beauty treatments are offered. Each of the screens serve a different purpose and therefore differ in the content they show.

Content playlists are filled with a mix of video, 3D animation, and static graphics, showcasing staff, expertise, recent transformations, photos of the salon's interior and exterior, salon information as well as promotional messaging.

 

 

 

The Results

The visual content is already proving to be catching attention and will continue to serve as a helpful information delivery tool to those in-salon.
