The Challenge

5 Sycamore Street is a new showroom in the prime location of Clerkenwell, London and is the new home to leading office furniture manufacturer, Tables for Business. The space has been brought together by a range of brands to showcase the best in workplace furniture, technology and design - including Buster + Punch, Samsung, and iiyama, among others. 

The residents of 5 Sycamore Street tasked us with producing a brand identity for the space. They also wanted our help with creating a website, building a strong social media presence, generating buzz and excitement through PR, and to create impactful digital signage content for various zones inside the showroom.

Our Approach

We began by diving into a research phase to identify trends and patterns, as well as working closely with stakeholders to understand their vision, values, and mission. We then used that information to develop a brand strategy that would position the showroom as the destination for workspace design inspiration.

The Detail

We created a modern, minimalist logo that reflected the client's sophisticated style and used a calming colour palette of nudes, greys and whites to convey a sense of elegance and refinement. 

We continued this modern, sophisticated look into the website design, creating a user-friendly, responsive site with vibrant photography to tease website visitors into the space. 

For their social media, we developed a content strategy that emphasised high-quality visuals and engaging captions to build a strong brand personality and increase engagement in the run up to the launch. 

Finally, we designed eye-catching digital signage that was strategically placed in the showroom’s welcoming area and boardroom. 

 

 

 

The Results

The launch of 5 Sycamore Street has been a big success, and timed perfectly with Clerkenwell Design Week 2023. The showroom has attracted a steady stream of clients since day one of its launch. The social media channels experienced high levels of engagement and follower growth, as well as pushing traffic to the website. The PR campaign secured coverage in top-tier media outlets, helping generate buzz and excitement, particularly leading up to Clerkenwell Design Week. We look forward to seeing what’s to come for 5 Sycamore Street.
